  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

Some insurance companies provide reimbursements for out-of-network services. Upon request, I am happy to provide a monthly Superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement for services.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt for mental health services that includes all the information insurance companies need to process reimbursement claims. It serves as proof that you received and paid for therapy services.

Many insurance providers accept superbills as a way to provide partial reimbursement, commonly ranging from 25-80%.

**Note: The use of superbills acts as an insurance claim and does require a mental health diagnosis. This is a personal decision to make, but I am happy to discuss the possible considerations with you.

  • If you’re interested in executive coaching or consulting services, contact me to discuss. Fees vary based on frame and duration.

  • For psychotherapy, I primarily work in-person with clients at my office located in downtown Portland. For coaching I utilize video conferencing as well as in-person sessions based on need.

As part of my requirement for licensure and lifelong commitment to development in the field of psychotherapy, I receive regular supervision from Jenn Samsom LPC, LMHC (#C3886) as well as intermittent supervision and consultation for Core Energetics from Ken Goldberg MD, CET.
