About Me

My path to psychotherapy began in the business world, where I spent more than a decade in executive leadership and organizational development. That work honed my ability to listen deeply, see patterns, and help people grow within complex systems.

I later earned my master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University, grounding my practice in both depth-oriented and contemplative traditions. My approach is informed by ongoing study in Core Energetics, neuropsychology, depth psychology and wisdom traditions that explore the interconnection of body, psyche, and soul.

Alongside my work with clients, I continue to coach and consult in the business world, and I write poetry and essays as part of my own lifelong inquiry into the nature of consciousness, relationship, and transformation.
